Tom Robinson is a keyboardist and saxophonist based out of central New Hampshire. As a freelance musician he is fortunate to perform with groups throughout New England. Tom received his B.M. in Jazz Studies from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio where he studied saxophone and piano. He has been a featured artist at the Catamount Arts Center and Mountaintop Music Center. Tom recorded a collaborative CD of original music in 2006 titled “Skylight”. In addition to his home teaching studio, Tom currently teaches at the Concord Community Music School and St. Paul’s School. He has previously taught at Plymouth State University where he directed the jazz ensembles as well as jazz piano. Tom is currently involved with several projects including Bangkok Disco, a funk-boogaloo avant-jazz trio, Sphere Trio, Donkilo Afro-Funk and the Taylor O’Donnell Quintet.
